Non-resident Services
We provide a concierge-level service to our non-resident clients. This includes but isn’t limited to full coordination and implementation of the following services at no additional cost to you:
1. Sourcing, scheduling, facilitation and delivery of contractor quotations for whatever renovations or touch-ups may be required and authorized by you
2. Coordination of Strata Management approvals and document execution for any renovations or improvements that require such approvals
3. Sourcing, scheduling, facilitation and delivery of professional staging if and as required by you. This includes delivery and removal coordination with concierges and building managers as required.
4. Sourcing, scheduling, facilitation and delivery of Moving company quotes, packing and move of whatever furniture you may wish to move from your property.
5. Sourcing, scheduling and facilitation of the disposal of unwanted furniture or junk
6. Recommendation and coordination of legal and accounting representatives who will prepare legal documents and file appropriate taxes on your behalf, eliminating the need for you to travel to Vancouver for the Completion (Closing) of your sale.
